I have written a lengthy children’s poem which I want to publish as a children’s book. The poem is full of brand names and trademaks and such. What is the legality of publishing such a work? What kind of permission would I need? My book may never get published, but I want to try and I want to do it right without getting sued! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
