Why does a Escalade Truck get less gas milage then the Escalade SUV?

Coming from Leona: The EXT (Truck) gets 5 mpg and the SUV gets 20 on the city roads.
No problems. Thats how many all escalade trucks get.

what is the cheapest way to tow an suv that is not running?

Coming from Jeanett: i have to find a way to two my son’s suv from ft. riley, kansas to hopkinsville, ky and he can’t afford to do this, so i need to find a way to get it here.
the suv is a 1997 gmc blazer with 4 x 4 drive.
